The microprocessor - based control system of Intertex is state-of-the art. It is a forward looking, user friendly, electronic machine control. The intelligent system transports inventory to the operator with the highest efficiency and cost minimisation.

Intertex control system INT-MP/T - pre-select by carrier only.

o Carrier selection path-optimised by shortest routing principle

o Up to four operator stations per machine

o Target carrier destination indication and current position shown in display

o Input of an empty location position for closest automatic retrieval

o Memory function for kiting operation

o 2 step installation menu with dual level password protection

Intertex control system INT-MP/A - pre-select by carrier or part number

The same functions as INT-MP/T plus part number selection with inventory control

o Memory for up to 2500 alpha numeric part numbers of 20 digits

o The control system can access multiple machines with up to 20 operator work stations without a PC network

o Input of the width and depth positions of the part numbers in the carriers

o Administration of quantities ( with or without comma )

Light Bar Indicator

The controller indicates the picking location along the length of the carrier by illuminating a lamp.

Rollers set into the worktable aid retrieval and put away of bins

Remote confirmation buttons

Allows confirmation of pick without using PC keyboard, with PC fitted only
