Carriers are connected to transport chains that rotate the entire complement of carriers around inside a steel clad casing in either direction working on the shortest routing principle.

Carriers are presented at the access port in front of the operator at an ergonomic height for either a seated or standing operation.

The work top is either 750mm for seated or 950mm for standing personnel.

Access ports can be provided for multiple usage on different floors and from opposite sides of the unit.

The machines can be manufactured to fit into a given space or area, between columns, in recesses etc. allowing the user maximum benefit of available floor space.

The carrier can be made to suit, dimensions from 1000mm to 5000mm in length can be achieved, 300mm to 1000mm in depth to maximise the storage capacity.

Lever Arch and Box Filing

Machine height starts at 2200mm and up to 12,000mm with a wide variation of carrier pitch to match file dimensions whatever the size.

Carrier load carrying capacity start at 100Kgs and can go as high as 1,000Kgs according to the carrier size and machine height.

If a significant amount of files are taken out of the unit at one time this can create an unbalanced loading effect where the motor will be unable to drive the remaining load and stop the machine functioning. To overcome this we can fit a twin motor drive system to guarantee a 100% unbalanced load, the unit can be completely empty on one side and still function correctly.

An additional benefit of twin motors is that should one motor fail the other can drive the machine in balanced load conditions. The unit is never overworked, it will continue to provide efficient reliable service for many years.

The work counter can be omitted for Wheelchair and trolley access, arrangements are also made to provide wheelchair users with easily accessible access to the control keypad.

Control of the machine may be by a numeric digit carrier selector keypad with an upgrade at any time to alpha numeric. Both keypads have location functions and reporting plus empty compartment search.

The carousels can also be network linked via the RS232 and 485 ports which will also support bar code reading and printers.
