The configuration of the carousel is so variable that it can be manufactured to fit into virtually any shape and area available for use including multiple access ports, these are just a few of the possibilities:

Carriers are connected to transport chains that rotate the entire complement of carriers around inside a framework with safety cladding in either direction working on the shortest routing path principle.

The requested carrier is presented at the access point in front of the operator at an ergonomic height for manual picking or by Fork Lift Truck, Overhead Crane etc.

The products stored can be accessed by hand if appropriate to lift within the manual handling regulations or by fork lift truck for long loads and heavy loads.

The machines can store products up to 10,000mm long and to 1400mm depth per level, the units can be over 30,000mm in overall depth. Heights to 22,000mm have been achieved

Loads up to 4,200Kg per level are achievable up to 150 tonnes.
