A Vertical Lift Storage system where a tray is stored at both the front and back of the machine. The tray is presented by an automatic extractor to a position in front of the operator; parts are picked from directly above the tray making lifting and access very easy.

Two trays can be presented at one picking port to provide a continuous supply of parts to the operator facilitating a quicker pick time.

Designed to support a single tray load of:

• 100 Kg or
• 250 Kg or,
• 500 Kg or,
• 750 Kg 

with machine loads up to 60,000 Kg.

The unit has the ability to store widely differing product sizes and provides automatic location of trays according to entry height into the store.

Four sizes of trays: 

• 1620 x 650,

• 2500 x 650, 

• 4000 x 800 

• 6600 x 600 mm.

Modula can be extended or reduced in height at any time after installation.
