Lift System

An automatic and highly efficient tray retrieval system using the vertical storage principle. 

The onboard intelligent computer will automatically place the trays in a suitably sized storage locations even if the position vacated at retrieval is no longer the correct height with the replenishment of products at a different height. A sizing gate of photo sensors measures the tray height at the picking port to achieve this.

Total loading is:

• up to 20,000Kg on a 250Kg tray
• 30,000 Kg on a 500 Kg tray
• 45,000 Kg on a 750 Kg tray.

The system can have multiple access ports including opposite sides.

Transport wagons are available to take the trays out of the unit to a production area.
