A vertical lift capable of storing a wide range of products such as steel and aluminium sheet and profiles, tooling, jigs, large, heavy and “ugly” parts etc. The TowerMat tray can support a load of up to 5000Kg each with variable size possibilities up to 8,500 mm long x 1,500 mm wide with a machine height up to 12,000 mm.

Unlike conventional vertical lift systems TowerMat can also be configured in a multi stack version. This has the benefit of accommodating a larger number of trays where required whilst still operating with one lift mechanism. This configuration comprises 2 single and 4 double sided columns of trays, the lift mechanism is positioned and enters the store from above the machine. Each tray is individually accessed and selected from either side of the operating aisle, driven back to the top, transferred to the end of the TowerMat and delivered to a picking station, to suit the handling method, at one or both ends of the machine.
