“ The present location was full to capacity but Couzens Storage Solutions enabled us to double our storage capacity by utilising the vertical space in our existing building for vertical carousels plus an area on our new mezzanine floor for a horizontal carousel. The transition from conventional storage and retrieval to carousel-based systems was completely smooth and, more importantly, provided greater accuracy of picking, improved pick rates and better security.
	One of the great features of the Couzens system is the improved morale within the stores as the operatives are now aware of their role within the company. Sowester have demonstrated this by the level of investment within their working area – stores workers now have a very important piece of equipment to operate.” Since then, a further two vertical carousels have been installed.
