CUBE Horizontal Lift

The Cube is designed with the same modular technology as the Modula Lift System. It handles storage trays in single and double sided vertical columns for fast and efficient retrieval of products. Cube is designed for use in low headroom, for example, under a mezzanine floor, in warehouses with public outlets, point of sale etc.

The Cube is compact and silent with reduced power consumption similar to a household appliance and can be configured to a maximum of 4 double columns in depth with an overall length of 13,632mm, the minimum length is 4,544mm, it is possible to add columns at any time up to the maximum length.

The manipulator platform moves between the columns, on a rack and pinion drive, vertically and horizontally, picking the tray from its location in the machine to deliver required products to the picking station at the front of the Cube.

The picking station has an excellent lighting level for improved picking.

Cube is fitted with a 12" TFT LCD colour VGA compatible Touch Screen computer, it may be connected to a network for download of picking lists, with a confirmation of the pick, or, an exception. It also has the capability to work in a standalone mode with product part numbers, description and location formats.

Cube can also display an image of the parts directly on the console screen.

The standard software has a diagnostic display screen with guided restoration to lead an operator to troubleshoot any operational failure. Inventory management of the parts is automatic in stand alone mode.
